Question:
I have 2 pieces of Red Wing Pottery – both clearly marked. One is a flower vase with the #1105 – brown on the outside, green on the inside, stands 8" tall 5" across the top, shaped rectangle with the top flaring out. The second piece is a smaller vase clearly marked with the # M1512, it is 4" tall , 3 1/2" across the top, blue on the outside and yellow on the inside, It has a circular top with ribbed sides. Sorry I don’t have a digital camera for pictures. Thank you so much! Mickey
Answer: The #1105 is from around 1941, and is worth about $25.00. The M1512 is from 1956, and is worth around the same. The M is for Charles Murphy, it’s designer. thanks, Steve n Rose
