Question:
I am curious to find out age and value of a pair of vases. Dark green inside and the outside looks like green was brushed over beige/clay color w/a pansy-leaf design. Also, there’s like an upside down tulip pattern around the top of the vase. I’m sorry I can’t send a picture. The bottom is stamped in blue Red Wing Union Stoneware Co. Red Wing, Minn. and has the #10 marked in the bottom. thanks for your help!
Answer: You have a pair of early "Brushware" art pottery vases. Circa 1930. From your description, they may be shape number 133. Value is about $70-$90 each. Thanks, Steve n Rose
