Question:
Hello,
I recently inherited a collection of dinnerware with the pattern number 435 on the back. The art appears to be white and red peppers. I have searched the web and have been unable to find this number or a picture that resembles this pattern. Can you tell me anything about it?
The pieces I have are:
1 Gravy Boat, 1 set Salt & Pepper Shakers, 7 Tea Cups, 1 8″ Serving Bowl – Small chip on underside of lip, 1 13″ Serving Platter, 5 Dinner Plates, 3 Salad Plates, 10 Desert Plates, 9 4″ bowls
With the exception of the serving bowl, all the other pieces are in great condition; no chips or cracks. My wife and I are at a loss on what to do with these. There is very little sentimental value and I know someone would enjoy them more than we do. Any suggestions you can offer would be greatly appreciated.

The number you are referring to is actually a production number not a pattern number. From your description, I can tell you that the pattern is Willow Wind. Willow Wind was made in the mid-1950s and came in two colors, turquoise and pink. People often mistake the leaves for peppers.
