family stoneware. My mother, 90yrs collected these crocks. i can inherit if I want. not sure of glaze or anything else. bucket next to crocks is a one gallon bucket, i think. I have a few others at home, but can get these too… Jon
Answer: Jon, your mother has a North Star Stoneware Company 3 gallon salt glazed leaf crock. The North Star Stoneware Company went out of business in 1893. Value on this 3 gallon upturned leaf crock is $300 in perfect condition. The other crock is a 2 gallon single P crock which was produced by the Red Wing Stoneware Company between 1877 & 1894. In perfect condition the value is between $100 $125. Al Kohlman
