Question:
Greetings- Could you please tell me if my salt-glazed churns and crocks are Red Wing- and if so, what there potential value might be? All are in near mint conditions except the 3 gallon which has some staining. Also- how rare is an oval-less zinc crock? I have a 3 gallon zinc crock with a 4 inch wing and no oval. Any idea of its value? Much thanks!! Carter~

Answer: Carter, from what I can tell from your photo for sure is that the 2 gallon target marked crock ($100 if not bottom signed & up to $150 if it is bottom signed) & the 5 gallon leaf crock ($400 to $500) are Red Wing. I don’t think the others are. Also, a 3 gallon wing crock with no oval in perfect condition is valued around $100 if the markings are good. Al Kohlman
