Question:
I recently photographed my Grandfathers collection of Redwing pots. There is about 25 peices in the collection. I will attach a image of the 5 gallon water cooler with spicot. From the knowledge I gained from looking at your site for 1/2 an hour i think there are some rare pieces. I would like to post all of the photos but can only upload one at a time. Here is the 5 gallon water cooler with no cracks and orginal spicot. Corey

Answer: Corey, your grandfather’s 5 gallon Red Wing Water Cooler has the incorrect spigot. It should be a nickel plated brass spigot with the word "Central’ Stamped into it. Without the lid and original spigot the value is around $300 to $350. The cooler was manufactured between 1939 & 1947. Al Kohlman
