Question:
Hi, I purchased these two mini jugs at an estate sale in central South Dakota. I am curious if these were made to be souvenirs and what their current value is. They seem to be in very good condition. One jug contains a very small chip. I have more pictures if you need to view them. Thanks for your time! Vicky

Answer: Vicky, when the Red Wing Stoneware Company & the Minnesota Stoneware Company merged in 1906 they became one company or union. The new Union Stoneware Company produced two different size mini jugs and had three different logos styles. These mini’s were used to promote the new "Union" that these two companies made once they merged. Your mint mini would have a value between $800 & $900. The one with the small chip, $400 to $500. Hope this helps answer your questions. Al Kohlman
