I have an old Redwing Union Stoneware crock that I was told was for perhaps making sauerkraut it is in very good condition with a large number 3 but does not have a lid. Do you have an idea of the value and also did it come with a lid ? Thanks

Lids are a little harder to come by than the crocks do to the fact that lids were not purchased in many cases either because a lid was not needed or because of an extra cost.
