Can you tell me if Red Wing ever produced a sponge nappie? I have a blue and white and the dark blue, but have a question on the validity of a sponge version. Thanks so much

Answer:  I have no information on a Red Wing sponged Nappie nor have I ever seen one. The style of the Red Wing nappies is much different than the one you have pictured. Your Nappie could very well could have been manufactured by the Western Stoneware Company or another mid-western stoneware company. Al Kohlman
