Question:
My mother handed down to me redwing pottery. I have many pieces but unsure about it. No pictures as of yet. I have two violins blue and pink (pink top piece broken off) but I have it and blue on perfect with no strings. apple on plate, small green 659, tall light green with bleeding hearts? 1099, 790 orange and green lots of angles, I will start with these untill I write down and see how tall etc they are. Many more to look over. Thank you for all of your help. Bosley

Answer: Hi Bosley

Sounds like quite a variety! The violins are wallpockets, from the mid fifties. Value unbroken is around 50.00. The apple is actually dinnerware, a marmite. Value around 25.00 or so. The 659, mid fifties, is a console bowl, value 20.00. The 1099 vase is from 1941, lilies of the valley, I think, value 45.00. Lastly, the 790 is part of the prismatique line of 1962. Value on it is around 30.00. hope this helps, thanks, steve n rose
