What can you tell me about this Rumrill vase? The bottom says Rumrill 1001. It is 11" tall, and is a sort of deep pink or purple color. thank you, Sarah McCullom

Answer: Hi Sarah, this is a piece of "Rumrill" that was made after George Rumrill left the Red Wing potteries. Ohio made, I believe. Would guess early fourties for a timeframe. Still a very desireable piece. Has a nice deco look to it. Have seen them sell in the $500.00 range, in excellent condition. thanks, steve n rose
